Quotes and Proposals

Insurance quotes and proposals provided by us are indicative only and subject to acceptance by the insurance provider. Final coverage and premium rates are determined by the insurer based on their assessment and underwriting criteria.

Commissions and Remuneration

Evolve Group Limited does not charge an upfront fee for providing insurance advice. Evolve is paid a commission by the recommended insurance provider from the premium they charge you. For business insurance, this commission ranges from 0% to 25% of the annual premium. For personal risk insurance, commission ranges from 0% to 220% of the first year's premium, with a servicing commission of 0% to 30% annually. Evolve does not receive any volume or sales target-based payments from any provider. Full details are available in our Disclosure Statement.

Claims Assistance

Your adviser provides claims assistance as part of their service. However, the assessment and settlement of claims is at the discretion of the insurance provider in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide accurate advice and arrange appropriate coverage, we are not liable for:

• Decisions made by insurance providers regarding coverage or claims
• Policy exclusions or limitations imposed by insurers
• Losses not covered under the insurance policy
• Delays caused by third parties including insurers

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
